Debra holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and began her career at Lockheed Martin, where she worked on the NASA Space Shuttle Program. She later earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and was recruited by Nortel in Richardson, Texas. Her experience in the corporate world expanded further during her time at AT&T, where she held leadership roles in engineering, planning, and project management. This strong foundation in technical problem-solving and strategic execution sets her apart in real estate.
